One-on-one sessions designed to assess and determine your personal lifestyle goals. This holistic approach not only takes into account your daily food choices but possible barriers to your balance of mind, body, and spirit. These sessions are designed to address and reset those barriers knowing you have a supportive partner in your journey. Accountability, support, resources and whole food plant-based meal planning all aid in the realization of your personal lifestyle goals.
First Session: $300 (travel fee may apply)
By doing a thorough assessment, we can understand your background, concerns and lifestyle goals. At this session, you’ll leave with a plan to get started and move towards meeting those goals. Please allow up to 1 1/2 hours for these sessions.
Follow Up Session: $90 (travel fee may apply)
These sessions are at a pace that is most comfortable for you (typically 1-4 weeks) until you have reached your goals. Follow up sessions may be in person or over the phone. Please allow up to 1 hour for these sessions.
