The décor, scent, and vibe are all designed and executed to make True Roots an escape from the day’s fast pace. Darby’s skill is top notch and I would recommend her to everyone. She’s very in-tune and adjusts based on my needs each session. For me, massage started as a one-time treat to myself. But thinking back to that very first time, I knew I would be back.

Darby has since become an essential part of my overall wellness program. Massage is every bit as important to my fitness routine as cardio, weights and yoga. I have become more aware of my muscles and body in general because of Darby’s knowledge and work. She is incredibly talented & passionate about her work and it shows. No two sessions are identical so they seem BRAND NEW every time! I have explored various add-ons such as skin brushing, hot stones, and the dry sauna. Just when you think a massage doesn’t get any better, it does! Each appointment seems more amazing than the last. Darby outdoes herself time and time again. I can’t say enough positive things about this studio.
