Both of these ladies are amazing! Myka has a need to destroy every knot you have. She has a firm; yet controlled pressure that isn't matched by many. Our last session consisted of repairing tightness from a fall. I've been dealing with pain in my shoulder from an old injury for a long time. During my last session, Darby used myofascial release therapy on me for the first time and I can happily say that 24 hours later, I'm pain free for the first time in years.
